A low-impact high efficient full-body workout using light weights and classic exercises to burn calories, gain strength/tone, muscular endurance, mobility, stability/balance, and coordination (brainpower). Core stability is honed through the standing super-sets, and even more, the focus is paid to all layers of the abdominal and glutes as the workout ends on the mat with crunches, planks, and bridges. Join us both Tuesdays and Thursdays for workouts that complement each other and let's move toward our goals together!
